ENROLLMENT SERVICES · DESIGN REVIEW · NOVEMBER 3, 2026
This first biology pilot combines the current page’s subject matter, the Live the Truth visual and admissions guidance, and the supplied Web Operations Priorities for Enrollment. It reorganizes and condenses copy to test a template. It is not a complete verbatim migration or a production WordPress theme.
The buttons resize the embedded prototype. Open the main page for a full browsing experience. Use “Show review notes” for evidence and content decisions.

| Existing program material | New template placement | Review before launch |
|---|---|---|
| Program overview and academic directions | Clear degree identity, overview, and guided interest selector | Reconcile full copy inventory with Carnegie-approved copy. Confirm current tracks. |
| Program highlights and applied learning | Early experience section with specific institute links | Add a student’s actual role, date, and eligibility; confirm current opportunities. |
| Faculty mentoring | Named biology faculty feature with a research example | Add an approved mentoring story and confirm projects remain active. |
| Careers and further study | Visible future pathways section | Add a verified biology graduate outcome; distinguish individual examples from aggregate results. |
| Academic catalog | Curriculum section linking directly to the current biology catalog | Confirm degrees, requirements, and certificate compatibility with the academic unit. |
| Faith integration | Discipline-specific faith section beside experiences and academic preparation | Proposed copy needs approval; add an authentic student or faculty voice. |
| Inquiry, application, aid, and scholarships | Visit/inquiry actions, persistent section navigation, admissions and aid accordions | Confirm Enrollment’s primary conversion, destinations, and measurement plan. |
The supplied manual specifies Franciscan green #21412A, cream #FDF0DF, gold #F5AF50, Bennet Banner headlines, and Objektiv Mk1 body text. The prototype uses the University’s existing Adobe Fonts stylesheet, an arch framing real University imagery, and a stationary typographic circle. Font access on a new hostname must be checked against the University’s webfont licensing and kit configuration; system fallbacks are present.
The legacy page’s undated research and medical-school percentages are not featured. Its alumni carousel currently presents engineering and mathematics profiles; these are not suitable evidence of biology outcomes. No invented testimonials or student results are used.
The supplied pages show useful patterns: program identity, inquiry/application actions, section navigation, academic details, and career content. Their visual or conversion performance cannot be established from the pages alone. This prototype retains those patterns provisionally. Use your audit recommendations, approved copy inventory, and analytics to decide what actually performed well.
Use one shared program template with controlled ACF fields for identity, hero, academic options, opportunities, named faculty, official catalog URL, affordability links, and admissions actions. Connect approved Stories CPT records by program relationship, with proof type, permission status, source, as-of date, owner, and next review date. Keep required program content in server-rendered HTML and use optional interactions for exploration. Preserve established URLs and metadata unless an approved migration plan calls for changes.
Implement skip navigation, semantic headings, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and native disclosure controls. Validate accessibility in the production theme. Add structured data only for visible, verified facts; do not assume an FAQ or other rich result will appear. Keep this prototype noindex.
Measure program-to-visit and program-to-inquiry actions by source and program; compare qualified inquiries and visits, not just clicks. Confirm event naming and consent handling with Enrollment. This prototype includes no analytics and no lead collection.
